Breach of Privacy from incorrect Medical Report?

Hello

I have recently had a car accident and part of the compensation claim involved an independant Medial Report.
The Medical Report was mailed out to me and upon reading it was not my report but for a different client of the same solicitor. The other client in turned revceived my report.

Myself and the other client are very unhappy with this situation as both our reports are meant to be private and confidential, yet through an error at our solicitors our privacy has been breached.

Where do we stand with this?

I think better you should consult with your solicitors or if you still have no solicitors then you must hire a solicitors.
