    Car accident, insurance offer

Hi, iam new to making any claim of any kind, but this may 2012 was involve in a motorway accident that left me as a passenger with bruised/swollen severe wrist which was in a brace for approx 2 months chest brusing severe, and knee moderate, all of which in the medical state. i also needed care for 9 wks.
The other party admitted liability straight away. my solicitor asked for an original offer of £2650.00 for injuries and £768.49 for losses and exspenses including £450.00 for care . Giving a total asking offer of £3418.49. The other party have now have come back with a offer of £2213.50 but that only includes the personal injury (£2200.00) and travel (£13.50) no offer for the care elemant or losses and damages.
Now i have had i letter of my solicitor saying that i can except or may a try and get another offer, but she had stated that when returning another offer that she is going to be dropping the care element by £100 to £350.00 and reducing the losses and damages by 25% i have asked why but no direct responce.
Why is she dropped the the costs first put to the other party and is this a reasonable offer, what offer should i really be looking at. many thanks in advance

    Hello,

Well, i think you should take advice from a car accident lawyer, may be it helps better in that situation.

    Hello,
I better suggest that it would be a good thing if you also contact some other reliable lawyer, barristers. There are many who want less fees and they can really help. I know some one from Manchester Steven McGarry he is a barrister and very expert one his office is in St Johns buildings here are the details if you like to see . stevenmcgarry.co.uk

I think your demanding injury claim compensation amount £3418.49 is absolutely right because it meets all type of claims. Few months back one of my friends had accident injury so he file his claim through Clearwater Solicitors. Here is their contact details.
