I have started a small claims procedure against a loft co. but it has gone into the civil court and I now want to drop the claims. Am I now allowed to?

Hi vandersj,

Thanks for posting. You can withdraw your claim, but you may still have to pay court fees. If you cancel the hearing at least seven days before the hearing you can get your money back.
