Dangerous product in school and suicidal attempt

Hi, I am currently studying in Uk as an international student. Some days ago, i tried to kill myself to get an attention from people which i did get. However, i had a knife and that made me to leave school for suspension, about 3 weeks. Then, i have a trip calls World challange that organized by company and we need to pay by ourselves. And school is taking some part since we need a gardian to go there. Therefore, I sent a mail several times to my school head teacher asking that i would like to know what will happen to that trip and also said that i am currently with a doctor to get better which is true. She answer me shortly saying that she will get back with me. However, on friday i got a mail from company saying that i am no longer in that trip. Also they mentioned that i agreed it which i never have agreed. Therefore, i would like to ask you in relate this situation to law in UK. PS : I did not harm anyone in the school.

    Hello GLIONOAN,

Thanks for your post. It may have been your school that decided to take you off the trip due to the knife incident. Alternatively, World Challenge are within their rights to cancel your trip as stated in their booking conditions:

"World Challenge or the Expedition Leader may withdraw the Challenger from the Programme or Expedition at any time (including during the Expedition itself) if World Challenge or the Expedition Leader is of the opinion that the Challenger’s presence is likely to prejudice the good order, discipline or safety of the Expedition."

If the company believed that you might attempt to commit suicide again, this may explain why they have removed you from the trip.
If you are not happy with this situation, you should speak with your school.

    Good luck,
