Victim of road range resulting in accident

Recently I was on my motorbike on a dual carriageway. I was in the left lane and approching a car that was in the right lane, I started to pass it when the car started moving over, I hooted my horn however he kept coming so I banged my hand on the car to alert him to my presence, this enraged him, he looked round at me shouted something and swerved his car into me. I went flying, along with the bike about 30 ft and suffered minor injuries. His car suffered a large dent in the front left corner of his car so I must have clearly been in his field of vision at the time and he must have driven into me with full force, rather than bumping me to the side by accident.

The police caught this all on CCTV however they are charging both me and the other driver with 'driving without due care and attention' and that's it!

Given the fact that this guy used his car as a weapon to purposefully drive into me surely he should be facing serious criminal charges? What can I do?

    Claim Online

You must claim on online services for compansation of the accident but first you must take some medications.

Hello Simon, I was also a victim of car accident and i feel you. The best thing you need to do is you must go to the hospital and make sure that you are not suffering a whiplash injury. Must you must take care of your health dude before anything else.

you must sue that person for personal injury and bike damage as well with a complete medical and police Incident report.
