    Bankrupt Builder - Suppliers Rights

My builder has declared his limited company insolvent and has left some suppliers of services unpaid, partially or fully.

Question is What rights do those suppliers have to remove the supplied materials or to recover the labour element from me ?

    Thanks !

None, Simple as that really. But unless you have paid for the materials then you can not keep them either, It will be the insolvency practitioners role to dispose of said goods to create funds against the bankruptcy.

If their funds are not paid at the right time they can remove supplied material from the location.
