I was declared bankrupt over a year ago with mostly dwp overpayments . after six months i was discharged from bankruptcy the official receiver contacts all creditors asking do they object to early discharge. none objected. the dwp now want to prosecute me for benefit fraud . can they do this after being discharged from bankruptcy ?
