Long story, cut short. I was 18 months into IVA, fell behind 2.5 months with payments. Stressed, not sleeping, received poor advice and made myself bankrupt. Huge mistake, I will be so much worse off. Spoke to family, they bought IVA up to date and it has been reinstated.
Applied for annulment, waiting for court date, could be end of March.
Seen OR and co-operated fully.
Family will pay OR fee of £1715 if annulled but cannot afford to pay much more.
OR say I have 8 week period from 25.11.11 before the costs start to escalate which takes us to the middle of January.
If I don't get a court date until March there is a 6 - 8 week period where the costs will escalate and I can't pay them.
Is there anything I can do here??
