TalkTalk-Bills&Dept letters although there is no account

    Hello there,

I just like to know if it would be worth doing a small claim regarding TalkTalk and would be grateful if anyone could help?

I've opened an account with TalkTalk about a year ago but cancelled within time of change of mind. Never anyone got back to me. I've received bills and dept letters. I kept complaining and sending proove of that I've had cancelled. No reaction. I then informed the ombudsman and we agreed for TalkTalk to put the account on zero balance and to delete it and not to ruin my credit rate. All good so far. But TalkTalk kept sending new bills and more dept letters so I complained again. As a "good will" they offered £50 cash cheque. I didn't accept. I mean its not about the money, its about them not caring about their customers, harrassment for a year and all that. I want a serious offer and with that I feel they are taking the piss. What do you think. Is it worth making a small claim or shall I just accept cause I can't be bothered anymore?

    Many thanks for your advice
