hello all, just had police round after i paid my son fixed fine from 3 months ago thinking case closed. saying to mi we want to give him other ticket for the same thing but i get my a oriental money i paid back. i'm happy to pay the first end off / no record in his name. so i think the police messed up cause he only 15 or want to give him a asbo. help what to do..! the case is closed when fine paid init. thanks all

Perhaps you could attend the Police Station with your son, to see if you can resolve the matter, speak with someone senior.
