sounds like lincolnshire police....I have a nonmolestation order against my violent ex boyfriend and sofar hes getting away with making threats to kill me, set fire to my house whilst me n my kids are sleeping,kidnap my kids(none are his)and rape my 10yr old daughter and police recon that coz hes telling a 3rd party they cant do him for it as its too difficult to prove in court??????? they have an arrest warrant out for him 3weeks ago- and they wont arrest him at work????
