Will Police share their data on suspect?

When taking a private prosecution forward regarding ABH, are the police obliged to share their data on the previously arrested suspect / subject (with witnesses prepared to testify)?

This may be necessary if the CPS decide to not pursue the case.

    Thanks for any feedback...

They share data if you need it for some lawful thing. for example you are working on a case where you think it is related or relatively similar to one of the previous case that may be found in record, so to solve that case you may ask for details and everything but for that you need to be some goverment people of this kind, like a inspector, detective, army officer, special branch etc

Police never share their data to criminals or suspects, this is the first time happen in the crime history they have to pay for it.
