I'd had a small drink and was stopped for having the smell of alcohol on my breath.

3 cars containing a PCSO and 3 police officers and none of them had a brethalizer. (apparently there had gone somewhere to be recalibrated)

With no breathalizer available, I was then taken to my nearest police station, but before I got into the police car, I suffer from a heart condition and took 2 sprays of my GTN spray. Apparently my GTN spray is about 75% alcohol (ethanol). I'd also used it several times during the day.

2 breath samples were taken about half an hour later. The first showed a reading of 58mg and the second reading, taken less than a minute later showed a reading of 57mg.

My defence will be that the GTN spray took me over the limit.
