Not gonna bore you all with the details......

Have been off work with a back problem which is related to an injury at work in 2010 but Ive been off since March 2012 and my ssp pay ran out on the 21st Setember...yet my employer never sent me the SSP1 form so that I can change over to ESA...

Next is I got a final welfare meeting and I dont think that the witness is being allowed to be in attendance at this meeting.. what do I do ? let them turn up and cancel it... feel as though Im being forced into having this meeting minus a witness.... are they breaking the law ?
