    Breach of confidence

    Hi
I emailed my manager asking reasons for not awarding me a salary increase for 2012.
the manger replayed in a way that I still do not know why; but the very disturbing thing she did was: to cc my part-time Deputy Team Leader. I do not want you to bore you whit uncomfortable work environment I am into. But:
I feel like I am being harassed, my email was matter of high privacy but now a part-time Deputy Team Leader knows how worthless I am for my manger.
Can file a Lawsuit against the manager/company for harassment? Or breach of data information? or Breach of confidence? Or other any legal action?
My psychological sate has deteriorate since then, I cannot sleep and much more. Thank you!

It is unlikely from the facts that you have provided, that you have a claim for harassment against your employer or for breach of data, as this was an internal matter.

If there are however other incidents, where you feel you have been harassed at work then you should at first raise this internally to see if it can be resolved, failing that you should arrange to see a solicitor.
