    Constructive Dismissal?

    Hi,

I wanted to ask if I have a case for constructive dismissal at work. My original contracted hours were 10am-6pm and 8am-4pm on a two week rota, Monday - Friday. I have now been asked to do split shift consisting of early mornings and evenings up until 11pm, including most weekends.

I think that this is unreasonable considering the hours I have been working for the past 3 years and I have made my feelings known to my employer. They have come back to me stating that I either accept the new hours or will have to find an alternative job.

If anyone has any thoughts on this I'd be most grateful.

    Thanks!
