drug possession charge resulting in a conditional Disscharge becomes a dismissal, y?
Has anybody got any positive examples of people working to enhanced crb parameters, getting a possession charge,out of work time, conditional discharge the punishment from court, then getting dismissed from employment on grounds of non -disclosure due to conditional discharge not being a clear conviction?
I am looking for positive tribunal results as past presidents to offer an employment tribunal soon.
Any legal heads got any advice for me, ten yrs working with the most disaffected young people and I can get to real help around this subject!!
