    Unfair Dismissal???

My partner has been working for a charity for 4 months and has just been told to leave as one of the head office staff didn't like him questioning her menu. He apparently ''rocked the boat''. He has beaten all the targets made the company lots of money and has 5* ratings on trip advisor And has also been doing 16+ hours a day to turn the place around. Is this grounds for unfair dismissal. Not only that he was marched off the premises then and there. He is an honest passionate worker. All the staff where in tears and shocked.
    Any advice please.

    Hello there,
I just saw your post when I was looking for cases similar to mine. It is similar to the one that just happened to your partner. I rang the Justice Advice Bureau and they were incredibly helpful, calling me back to clarify stuff and so on. this is the number: 02079477757
I reached them after 4 or 5 calls to my Citizens Advice Bureau and other organizations. They were really good but the Justice one is the best so far.
Try to have his contract handy and all the paper work that you might need for them to understand and advice you on your case. Ex: dismissal letter if any, payslips and so on.
I hope this info can help you to fight against the bossy, bully and stupid bosses that are around us!
    Remember: Hasta la victoria Siempre!
