Unhappy Would I get to serve the notice period if declared redundant ?

    Hello,

I have read two different rules about notice period and cannot figure out the result of combining them:
    1. According to the Notice period in my contract, I must serve a notice period of 4 weeks.
    2. In case of redundancy, from what I have read, if the period of continuous employment is less than 1 year than the employer is obliged to give at-least a week's notice.

    My case
Please find attached a snapshot of the snippet about Notice period in my contract.

I have been with my current employer for about 10 months and as per the above I need to serve a minimum notice of 4 weeks, I assume under normal circumstances ?

    My Questions
    1. My contract does not specifically mention any clause about redundancy. Does the notice period of 4 weeks still apply or can I be relieved in 1 week ?
    2. If it's the latter am I entitled to 4 weeks of redundancy payment ?
