    Post Divorce costs in scotland

    Can I claim divorce costs in a defended case in scotland if I win the action.I have told the court that all financial things are sorted but my wife is defending the action saying they are not without a lawyer herself but I have one.If I win the action can I claim my costs

    I think you can...only after you win your case.....But i tell you it will not be that much. Doing some background check will greatly help you with your case.
