    Is divorce really this unfair?

My husband has built up massive debts during our marriage whilst I have worked hard for everything we have had - I've now had enough and am starting divorce. Is it really true that as well as him working and spending all his income on himself, I now have to give him some of my hard earned cash so he can start again?

I believe it is, I have been married for only 4 years, I had my house before I met my husband who had put nothing into the home at all in the 6 years we have lived together I have children not by him thankfully but its still looking that I may have to give him enough money to set up a new home, contents and a CAR? I cannot believe it I am furious the law is apparently an arse! and I have sufferred terrible mental, verbal and physical abuse and I still have to share a home with him and cannot get him out! unbelievable isnt it?

You can get some legal advice if you think its time. I agree with you that sometimes its becomes hard to solve life issues and the best way is to conatct someone who is expert in solving legal matters.
