Good day, i divorced my ex husband 4 years ago and since have been plagued with financial problems. I owe him money and do not have access to it all to facilitate this,(he has frozen my bank accounts in UK) an offer was rebuked 3 months ago. He is now seeking an enforcement order on myself in less that one week in the UK courts. My questions i have r....if i do not acknowledge...served by email... email, what can he do, if i do not attend court....what can he do...if i do not pay...what can he do..or the courts for that matter? I am unable to return to UK for court hearing as work commitments will not allow it without me loosing my job as i would be seen as breaking my contract..
