Hi guys

We have a family house. My aunty bought the house (my late mothers sister).

We have lived in the house for 5 years. Since my mum passed away, the house was gifted to my father by my mums sister, to keep it for us (the kids).

Anyway my dad has got married again, and found a woman from abroad. So we decided to gift the house to me and my sister as ultimately it is ours.

his wife has cme over to the U.K and she is not a nice person and has made my dad against me and my sister. my dad doesnt talk much with me and very minimum with my sister. His wife is always mean and doesnt let us keep pictures of our late mum in any room except our bedroom. I am 21 years old and my sister is 19. My dad has got her permenant stay recently to stay in the U.K

My question is Does she have a right to the house? because my dad still pays for the bills off the house. And some bills are joint name with hers. I am afraid that they will one day go and then ask us to sell the house.

Could this be done? please advice.
