Application for an accession worker card

I turn to you for advice.
I am a 40 year old Bulgarian citizen . I have a job offer from an family, citizens of the United Kingdom, which needs me and wants to hire me as a housemaid. My daughter is under the age of 21 years Bulgarian citizen and she now works in the UK as au pair and holds an Accession worker card. The family members of an EEA national are defined in Regulation 7 and 8 of the Immigration (EEA) Regulations 2006, where is not specifically written that parents are family members.
Can I apply for an accession worker card by completing APPLICATION FORM BR(4) (APPLICATION FOR AN ACCESSION WORKER CARD IN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR A BULGARIAN OR ROMANIAN FAMILY MEMBER OF A BULGARIAN OR ROMANIAN NATIONAL) ?
I will be grateful for the help.

Before the recession it was not that hard to get work visas. But as the economic situation is not that good over there so now even highly trained professionals are facing problems in getting working visas. So it can be very difficult to get long working visas.
