Dear Sir

I am currently on Dependent visa of Tier1 which is expiring in April 2013. My husband already got his ILR November 2011 on basis of 10 years legal stay. As a dependent and civil partner I must apply for FLR but in the guideline of HOMEOFFICE it says we must apply before the completion of our current stay which is completing in APRL 2013 for me but before that I am getting qualify for ILR on basis of my own 10 years legal stay.

So I would like to ask some experts if I need to apply for FLR now or shall I continue on the same dependent status visa of TIER 1 which is valid until April 2013 and then apply for ILR directly instead ?? and will it be legally correct.
