Hello there.Been trying to find the answer to my question.I am Bulgarian living in UK since 2008,got married to a british in 2008 and I haven't been working anywhere,don't receive any benefits ,got my daughter born in 2009 here,in UK.My husbands providing the family. I have only the blue registration certificate(issued Feb.2009) and would like to apply for naturalisation as a british citizen.My question is Do I have to apply for Indefenetely Leave to Remain(ILR) first or should i go straght to naturalisation?Border Agency doesnt say anything about this on their web site.As I understand i have to be present in the country the last 3 years (known as qualifying period),if married to a british?Do I really need some ILR or another kind of permit before applying for naturalisation?I will be really greatful if you can answer my question.Thank you
