I was caught shoplifting 2 years ago in tk and maxx and was given a caution. 07/11/2011, after 2 days without eating and sleeping and heard that my boyfriend died... I lost my mind and stole 29£ value of leggings in New Look Store... I need to extend my visas in the uk because my course extends another year.

I would have to attend a court and most heavily have to pay a fine. However... due to my visas extension circumstances... I really want to hire a lawyer to prove that I stole because of my bad mentality, which was subjected to my psychology.

I reall hope you could help me.

I am back in my country, Vietnam now, should I apply for my visas extension now or wait after the court trial?
