My house has recently sold and I was sent a contract signed by the purchasers which I was asked to sign which I did but no settlement date was on the contract. The Purchasers are now trying to insist on an extremely early settlement date which I cannot move out by. Is the Contract Legal as there was no settlement date written on it (though both parties have signed). tk u.
