Do i have ANY rights??

Myself and my partner of 7 years have recently purchased our own home, i say 'our' but only my partners name is on the mortgage and deeds of the property. This is largely due to the fact my ex husband left me with bad debt which has badly affected my credit rating! I don't work at present as my main responsibilities are our daughter together, my son from my previous marriage and his son from his previous marriage. I,m the 'homemaker' and the taxi service to and from school etc. As much as i love my partner i worry that if our relationship didn't work out in the future then i would be left with nothing and quite literally thrown out on to the street!! Energy bills are in my name and i do pay towards the running and furnishing of our home but i have no real peace of mind.

I don't know if you're still monitoring this post and I'm surprised you didn't get any replies!!

Why can't you and your partner get married? If possible, that would be your best course of action. Other than that, and I'm not 100% sure here because I'm not a legal expert, I don't think you will have any rights personally. However, you do have a child together and he has an obligation to ensure that child has a home so the courts would not look favourably on him selling the home and not providing for you.
