Hi all, first post please be gentle.

I am a leaseholder in a house converted into flats (6) and have recently paid to have a lot of repairs done. one flat has refused to contribute and the freeholder has started legal proceeding to recover their contribution. I have now recieved a demand from the FH to cover the costs of this recovery! can I be liable to pay this, the dispute is between the FH and the non contributing LH surely. Any advice or comments would be great as I simply am not in a position to pay any more money.
