I own some property that I want to lease out for parties and events. (house parties, porn movies etc )

What sort of insurance and protection will I need to get and what barriers will prevent me from doing so.

Also are there any laws that will cause some conflict with me.

Note for these parties we are talking potentially a few hundred peoplel
