Hi All
I am in the process of buying a house and have only just found out today just before contracts being drawn up that the developers that built the house have a management company of which i have to belong to as a share and contribute a management fee each year for maintenance of roads along with other things. It is a nominal amount but i wish it was pointed out by the vendor or the estate agent in the first place:/ feel i have been misled and whether i want to be tied into a management agreeement. I am buying the house cash. Any advice would be most welcomed.
