Hi,

I just brought a small farm on a hill. But sadly there is no proper road to lead there only some faint trail. Below the hill I brought are several houses which obstruct(but legal) my way below.

My question is, is there a legal way for me to ask for a "right of way" or road allocation to the person I brought this hill unto?
