Hi,

I am a merchant who sells subscription packages on a one month and three month reoccuring basis.

I sell horse racing tips and a customer who signed up 2 days ago is demanding his money back because we have only produced 1 winner so far???????

He is quoting consumer rights and demanding his money back 2 days into a 1 month subscription. I have put in the terms and conditions that there are no refunds.

Even though its almost laughable, I do need to clarify my position in order to fend off future claims or settle them which ever the case maybe.
