could you please clarify the terms intellectual property/intellectual copyright
I am a member of a stitching group who commissioned an individual to make a DVD on the history of lace, this DVD is to be completed by the end of the month, he says we cannot view it prior to print, and is insisting on making demadns about the upcomming launch, a personal agreement was singed by three parties we being one and we would like to know what rights we have, he retains the intellectual property of the DVD but we are unsure how we should act. could you please advise I would also like to add that this individual has been paid in full, and we have to pay for any copies printed.
