My goods being copied by ex distributor

I bought a model making company 18 months ago, one of the distributors in Australia, said he no longer needed any stock, I have now discovered he has copied all my products and is still selling them under my company name but he is making them. What can I do about it. I am a very small company ie less than £10,000 a year turn over.

It may be cost prohibitive but you should definitely contact a solicitor in Australia who is an expert in intellectual property and ask how they can help you.
