Is my new business idea legal?

I have an idea for a business that I'm thinking of setting up and I'm not sure if it's legal. It is related to the postal industry, and involves setting up a system which allows people to register themselves to receive post throughout the day so that the intended recipient can collect it from them later, for a small fee. I don't know where to start and can't afford to spend lots of money investigating this if it's a no go. I've had a quick look at the postal services act which went way over my head and Ofcom were no use at all. Any ideas?
    Thanks.

It entirely depends on the country you live, since every country got different laws.

In my opinion you should take advice with a good business consultant in your country, it is a legal issue so be careful.your business consultant will give you right advice regarding your business idea. Obviously if he is a good business consultant then he has good knowledge regarding your business idea.
