blue led car lights

i was thinking of putting blue LED car strip lights on the front headlight of my car, thay are blue and are not flashing lights.
is this legal?

It's illegal to have blue lights on the front of your car and the car will not pass another MOT with them attached to the front, assuming you are in the UK.
