Where a consumer sues a trader I believe the case is heard in the consumers local court.
However I can find no reference to any automatic entitlement in the CPR guidelines other than CPR Part 3.3 which is solely at the judges discretion and upon application.
Is there any other rule which a consumer can quote to have a case heard in his local court ? Thanks.
