I have been disqualified by a sporting body for a term of 1 year to 1st April 2012.
The body has since introduced a new rule saying that if a person has been disqualified at the end of that period they will not automatically be allowed back but it will be at the discretion of that body.
My reading of this is that a specified term means nothing and could actually be a lifetime ban. Is this legal.?
They have also introduced a new rule stating that it will be a breach of the rules to associate with a disqualified person.
I need to associate with the participants of this sport to earn my living. Is this an infringement of my human rights.
What can i do about it.
